Face within.  What does that mean?  Faces are funny in so many ways. We often wear them as a mask so others do not know our thoughts, our insecurities, or even our reactions. I seem to exist between the two.  I did complete the paintings for the new show opening at Mirada Fine Art this next month in Colorado! I promise to share photos as soon as I can.  I am preparing to paint another large piece and probably a face again.    Meanwhile, I just completed a horse on birch above.  My studio does not call me as often as it did. I have spent 23 years painting daily and marketing and at age 68, my other gifts are calling to me.  Piano, guitar, singing, writing etc.   Also, Hubby has been down a bit and I have been busy cooking healthy things for him to feel better.  I did notice this week that this blog still has very high ranking and that is something I am honored by your presence visiting with me here if only to see my art.
