I cannot say yesterday was a stellar day but I worked hard.  It did not help that Sunday night I didn't sleep well, kept waking up hot. We had been to a Superbowl Party and I was pretty good staying with veggies and bean stuff wrapped in lettuce...but I slipped with a handful of potato chips .  The Bean stuff was good, look for recipe below. So waking up I was Mrs. Grumpy Pants ... as grandson Jonathan would say.  I skipped breakfast and lunch and did not eat until three in the afternoon...two more lettuce wrapped bean things... and Terry made us salads at ...

I did get 10350 steps on my new meter! FOR TUESDAY, not for both days. Below is a slide show of the two days... we took Lauren on a LONG walk yesterday. That is why I had over 10,000 steps. Finding peace when there is a tiny one in the house is challenging. She is not quite into a schedule of eating and sleeping but she is only 7 weeks old now. I am thinking soon she will settle in and life will be more balanced for Larry and Stacey. Inner peace can encompass your entire life. I find it only possible through the presence of God in my life. It is easy to think of the joine...
