This improves you physically, emotionally and mentally as you face what is there. I can only begin to scratch the fullness of what Jesus faced... I would be terrified to the point of fainting or having a heart attack I am sure. His Father gave him the strength of soul to carry that cross and finish what was left for Him to do.
