Did God stop in His tracks as He painted pinks, purples, and soft azure blues into that first sunrise? Or did He press on to creating and allowed nature as He set it up to take its course? Yesterday was Earth Day and I painted this painting in celebration of the wondrous earth. I watched the sunrise outside the studio windows overlooking the backyard and used those same colors in my sky. Look around you today... creation... the earth and everything we have...is from Him.
