I really like this one as it was and kept a good image of it. Hubby grows many flowers through out our backyard and the front yard.  He works to keep them watered in the summer heat here in north Texas.  I go out and cut my roses and keep a vase filled in the kitchen.  Our thoughts and prayers right now still remain with the families, the rescue and search teams in Hill Country of Texas.   The broken hearts left behind will be challenged by pain and loss for years to come. Having experienced that recently, almost one year into it, I have learned to lean steadily on our Lord. It echos through my heart, my mind and my body, "Do not be afraid, I am with you."  Have no fear, have no anxiety, rest in Him.  Isaia...

A New Experience I chose to share an acrylic flower this time. I am going to do a work out of many things in acrylics trying to decide if I even want them in my studio!  I have been working on a commission painting and had to use acrylic because of the time involved to 'give' it to someone.  It went better than I thought but I started differently.
