This longhorn painting has hidden longhorns throughout the composition. It was a commissioned painting and I used to paint longhorns often but the last one was about four years ago. The last one was a longhorn abstracted a little further. Longhorns in Texas capture the full scale of color here in the Lone Star State. Below is how they start from my Lakeside Studio.
