Summer Night Reflections of Glory Texas Artist Laurie Pace

© Laurie Pace        Graphics One Design 2020 Reflections of Glory  by Laurie Pace - Sold.  Visit Ellepace.com to see available artwork.   It was a rainy summer in 2007.  The humidity was high when we went to bed the night before so when the train ran through town at 3:30 am, it seemed louder than normal as the engineer blew the whistle at crossings. The nearest crossing to us was only two blocks away.  I knew I would not go back to sleep, so I gently pulled back the sheet and quietly tiptoed to the door. The dogs were asleep as I quietly walked by... thankfully the studio was on the other side of the house. I left Terry sleeping soundly. Little did I know that I was about to paint one of my lifelong favorites. Reflections of Glory.    Read more... “May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, ...

One Hundred Horse Paintings the Colors of Summer 2012  May 23, 2012  What defines you? Sometimes you feel overwhelmed by life, you cannot allow people to define you.  Do not empower them. My earthly father always taught me to not listen to the words of those that try to undermine you.  If God is your constant, let Him define you. Go forth in His light forgiving them as He forgives you each day.  When I saw this creek next to the road in Virginia, I had Terry pu...

Abstract Horse Painting Three of Color by Texas Equine Artist Laurie Pace

Three of Color 8 x 10 inches  Oil on Canvas   Available through Mirada Fine Art. Contact Steve.     © Laurie Justus Pace   Graphics One Design 1998-2011   FAST TRIP We left early yesterday to drive into Dallas to pick up large sheets of cardboard and the framed paintings from The Dutch Art Gallery. Pam is by far the best framer in the US... really truly true. Levi grumbled when Terry put a hole in the back brown paper on one piece but he redid it for us and we actually made it back home by 1:30 in the afternoon.  Good thing we did as both dogs decided the extra veggies Terry fed them last night did not agree with their constitution and they both had the runs.  We were airing the house out for hours...but all is good now. Fast Trip... hurry hurry hurry . Isn't that the way our lives seem today?  I was so relaxed going in yesterday that the trip in flew by us both.  We were at Uline at the appointed time.. and stopped at ...

Shopping at the Evil Empire gets to me to begin with, but going there with Tink added new dimension. Terry and I are NOT Walmart shoppers and we consider it the Evil Empire for several reasons... so many products NOT made in the USA and the store presents so much temptation to buy and buy and buy. We breezed through the card aisle to grab a TINKERBELL birthday card..for guess who.  AND we bought one for mommy too. Then it was off to the kids area to look for Tinkerbell shoes...and on the way some clothes fell in the b...
