Four feet in height and almost three feet wide.  I went through 22 tubes of paint so that tells you how thick the pulls are. I did paint the surface first with layers of glazing but I used regular acrylics.  I will finish this one up for the final posting tomorrow.   Then next I want to try the same color palette but using fluid acrylics to compare the build of the layering.  It will be a different horse with the same color palette. Morning Get Away reworked... by Texas Artist Laurie Pace Things settle in the studio as I work around them daily... and I then know what I am moved to do with them. This was basically heavily applied acrylics.
