This painting "Under Texas Stars" is one I totally forgot about having the deep blue backgrounds.  I painted this in 2014 and it sold immediately after I placed it on my website.  Texas is a wide open state with a few glitches called Dallas, Ft Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston etc.  Those big cities are so bright they often outshine the stars where it is nothing but city lights.  The night sky in Texas is incredible. " As an adult with a passion for horses, I always dreamed of a stallion running across the field in the starlight.  As far as " I wish I may, I wish I might have my dream come true tonight... " I would love to be bareback on that beautiful horse racing against the wind under Texas stars!   I would love to know what you dream about. When I paint something from music or something my dreams has inspired, I always bring to the canvas. Color is always primary.
