I was working on this painting about two years ago. It is the granddaughter of a good friend of mine. Watching her grow up from a tiny newborn to the energetic, vibrant young girl she has become, has been a treasure. Pulling things from the archive, I hope to be painting again in the next two months. I did paint a small piece yesterday. 5 x 7 in size, but I’m not ready to share yet . I can just about hear God saying that, ‘ I’m not ready to share yet. ” With all that has happened in 2023 right to this early morning moment on my blog, I can feel the Lord working on me.
