Obviously we are not equipped to live like this in Texas with it so cold.  A few days ago we began to hear water running and nothing was turned on.  In this cold weather that is not a sound you want to hear.    T he insurance adjuster was here yesterday and Terry began the tear down in the bathroom this morning to get to the problem pipe.
