With thoughts of Valentine's Day on Friday, but the responsibility of chasing a four year old for the past three days... I would LOVE a quiet evening with my husband where I am not so tired that I fall asleep during the six o'clock news. #chasingchildren Having Lady L here has really changed the 'pace' of the household.  This morning I was up at 5:45 to be ready when Larry dropped Lady L off to us for the new day.  Normally we are not up and moving before seven thirty, so it was a struggle getting those contacts in before my eyes were open. What I Have Learned:  They stay energetic all day.... and till the late hours of the night and again in the early hour...

The line of trees in the distance has about six layers and I have not actually started the three trees that are blocked in yet. The back field has four layers of color and will get more today. I am working my way forward in the composition.
