Wow what a day yesterday. Nothing like making a trip somewhere just to present yourself to get ripped off. My mom used a store called FIRST FLOOR and Carpets and they did a nice job in their home. I had the same folks come give me a bid on the floors for our new house and was totally dismayed and disappointed in their dishonesty. I will be canceling their work this morning. They over estimated the sq footage WAY beyond the overcut area (this is wood floor) and then when we arrived back at their shop to point this out, he refigured and definitely dropped the amt, but not near enough.
