In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Several of my readings this morning had to do with giving of all you have in talent, in possessions, in teaching, in touching and reaching out to others... that my friends is serving our Lord with those talents, possessions, and prayers. All we do should be in God's name and for His Glory. There is much in my mind this morning...

I scraped all the thick paint off and from the scrapings came these beautiful earthy colors.  I have created two small new pieces newly listed on my website.  There are some awesome close up gallery photos of the paint showing the layering.  This is the essence of these paintings, to pile them in layers.  There is a week delay in shipping as there are still a few areas wet and these oils form an outside layer of skin that dries before the piled paint below it. This was part of my summer series of small horse paintings back in 2016, almost 10 years ago. Laurie Justus Pace      Graphics One Design 2013 Forms are beginning to set Horse Painting. 24  x 30  inches Oil on Canvas.  I did not do much today but finish forming in some blocked areas of color on this horse painting.  I know it will be called Downhill.  Been a busy weekend at the Pace household. TP has been busy beginning our painting process.  Many thanks to Lee Small of Lee Small Gallery in Ft Worth. She visited and walked through the house over three hours one morning as we bridged colors for the different rooms.  We have stayed with most of her color direction and if we did adjust one, we still stayed at a full dark value of the color.  Right now TP is painting the music room where my baby grand will be delivered on Wednesday... a mid grey ceiling and the walls will be dark dark dark.  I may have to do my own artwork for this room.
