Proverbs 4:7 A Painting A Day: This is the third in my light series of flowers. The beginnings of each of these are a study in values and light done in off shades of acrylic paint, totally different than final hues. This allows me to study the painting as I begin to pull in the oils by palette knife. First layer is a charcoal sketch blocking in the composition.
