Waiting.  Do you ever feel like you spend a lot of time waiting on something or someone?  When we are caught up in life gathering, busily lining the ducks up in a row, we stop when we realize a few ducks got away…while we were busy putting the first group of Quackers  in place.  (almost makes me tired and stressed typing this…) Will the first group you lined up ‘stay’ there? Or, did they disappear when you turned around to get the others?  We are all quite the busy bodies…either online, which is not healthy. Or doing our own  ‘Thing’ each day.  T...

Just jumping straight into this painting and the process.  I began with a different surface as I sketched out three horses and began pulling the paint.  It looked painful, so I put it out of its misery and began pulling colors together and flipping the canvas around.   Then I saw the two horses as clear as can be. Forward with more pulled paint and you have Sunrise Friend.  The beauty of these painted ponies is the style. I have been collected for these since about 2005, so over 15 years. I paint other styles of horses and lately really pretty ones on birch.
