I have spent the last week working pretty hard but unfortunately on the computer more than at the easel. This contemporary horse painting was a small one with lots of thick layers of paint. It is only an 8 x 10 inch painting, but the oil paint is very thick and full of ridges and depth. Hard to tell from the photo. I have a huge canvas to attack... for me to play on. Isaiah 41:10 " So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
