My miniature roses are still blooming... and I was able to paint some today!  I finished up this one as well as three others.  Sometimes Paintings are in the HOLDING stage ... and it is always nice to return to find their true heart. Looking through old files prompted me to do a smaller repaint using the same palette. I have been doing so many horses lately I need to climb out of the stable and reach out again. This is a bright sunny rose painting filled with layering and texture.
