Reflection Green Oil on Canvas  SOLD   by Laurie Pace   Good morning from Texas!  . ..The cold arrived and it is a slow thaw back to glimpse the high fifties today.  We are staying warm with our new fireplace and just circulating the air in the house.  How is the weather where you are? It is wrapped in Lace and cotton and stored in my dresser.  The highlight of Christmas tree decorating every year is adding this beauty to my tree.    Last year was a difficult year having lost a close young family member.  We did not even put the tree up until a few days before Christmas and did a "Short" list of ornaments with ribbons.   This year we did the same again this year but bought a new 'fake' tree.  I would ha...

Throw in creating some books for the gallery and working on WAOW things, along with painting and bill paying... I am busy most waking hours.  Last night we were treated to all night rain with rumbling thunder and dancing lightning adding to the rain concert. We had a on and off time to sleep through it all. This is a painting from a few years ago. I chose to post it because I loved the placement of shapes throughout the piece and the exchange and anticipation of colors woven through the composition. It is sold but I am gearing up for painting the rest of this week.  A generous person will prosper;  whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
