When I would paint my horses they varied in how I approached the canvas. Sometimes with under layers and sometimes with a palette knife and lots of paint.  This is the later... knife and paint. Most of these were from a time that I spent working daily painting large paintings and selling them as quickly as I painted them. My mind was in a good place, my natural instincts were sharpened to  know what was needed as I created each piece. It was all intuitive. I knew something was wrong tonight when I got in the shower and I was too tired to sing. We have been involved the past three or more months with a dear family member that took a fall and things have progressed with many changes in their life and in all of ours.  Painting has not come to a full stop, just slowed down, and I promise to share this next week what I have been working on.  Why Roses in a photo?  These are roses from. my youngest son two years ago for Mother's Day. Deep red roses filled our home with a sweet fragrance.  What does this have to do with singing in the shower?  I love to sing... when I am happy, when I am sad, when I am scared...but not so much whe...
