Treasures by the Sea by Laurie Pace

© G.O.D. Laurie Justus Pace      Graphics One Design 2013 Treasures by the Sea Commission SOLD  This was a fun portrait completed for a friend and her family several years ago. I am behind in the studio... need to take pictures of what I am painting on right now and it is too late in the day and it is cloudy.  I will not complain about the clouds or the cooler temps at all, or the rain. Please stop by tomorrow to see the art I am working on right now. Terry has been busy in the kitchen replacing back splashes. This is a hard job that takes experience when you are piecing together small pieces of stone into patterns. He did not want this stone, but I fell in love with it.  So pictures of this will follow soon as well. Blessings to you all. The Thought:   My thoughts are on disappointments this morning as this is something that touched my life recently.   Plans never seem to flow as we plan them, only as God wants them to go.  Although I do believe the humans in our lives affect some of that flow with their choices. Often those choices affect us. When the disappointment hit me, it was after something was promised that was not delivered. There was a logical reason for it, but that didn't lesson the disappointment. It hurt at first and anger boiled up and I ha
