I am not a bad eater, but too much time on the computer and at my easel leave me NOT in good shape.  When we were there this weekend I made the HUGE mistake of doing one of her exercise tapes....definitely not made for those my age.  I will stick with my yoga, walking and maybe wii fit.  Pray for us both as we undertake the changes we are calling for in our lives.
