Is it the power of the paint moving through the sky area, or is it the power of the horses running over the land below? For me it is the movement of color. There is a swatch of blue from the sky scooping down in the back side of an arch to the horses... below it picks up between the front legs of the leading horse swinging up on the left edge to the sky moving upward.  The red and yellow colors pop in on the right side edge midway up and travels between the back legs of the second horse... parallel on the ground and splitting up with dashes of red on the forehead of the second horse and on the back of the first horse.
