Treasures of Color! The Painted Ponies in small size back a few years.  I imagine them on a Florida beach!  These are created with Pulls of paint of many colors.

We have been working on the fireplace and still a bit more work to go. We were told we have a bad winter coming on.  I will wait and see.   They are predicting a winter like we had in 2013 and early 2014.  That was 13 inches of solid ice on all the roads. Deep snow on top of it. 

Are you ready for winter?  I cannot believe Thanksgiving is upon us! I am not ready for that either. Are you? Elle

I loved it there. It did not love me!  Mold was my downfall.  I was prolific at painting there with my studio looking over the waters of a large catfish pond and Lake Cypress Springs. Stacey began her labor around nine in the morning and was ready to push by 12:15, but they held her off while getting things set up. Took four good contractions with multiple pushes and the baby was there! All grandparents accounted for to count the toes and fingers! My admiration is for my daughter and her bravery and calmness despite the tension and newness of what she faced. I was honored to be there as the baby was delivered seeing my granddaughter push out into the light and take her first breathe... and then cry... and that she did.
