Here Comes the Sun

Just in from outside and realized I need to blog this morning. Here Comes the Sun is an explosive color horse painting with layers piling on layers. I have painted this weekend on the portrait I was working on but may have to play with color shortly!
My grandson follows Emily Frisella on Instagram and he shared it with me this morning. I truly enjoyed her posted list for her birthday this year. The most prominent thing is I am not doing weight resistance and I need to start doing that slowly. I walk 3 miles most mornings in 45 min or less. As you know we eat a whole foods plant based diet and there are MANY athletes out there eating this way. 15 years into it now. It is time my friends. How about you?

I just looked into some exercises to start with. I also need to return to my Pilates ... on Youtube The Lady with the Pilates Mat! I love her senior stretches but found this for senior for resistance. On my way this week. How about you? Elle
