Early fall mornings find a brilliant ball of sun rising across the fields. The colors were the inspiration for this Oil on Birch, which comes ready to hang!

Claim the Future by your Faith

So much going on with my birthday party last weekend on Saturday. My daughter and daughter in love gave me a 70's party. Two grands were out ill, but everyone else came and we ate 'sliders, chicken planks, something hot and Mexican in taste, air fried potatoes, malts and root beer floats!!  Well I must disclose I ate a bean burger daughter Stacey made me!!!  The cupcakes were swirled high with frosting and since it was my birthday I ate one! (see my flowers in the hair below!)

Was reading today in our Bible verses, thoughts, and reflections, it talked about the Israelites taking that first step into the promised land.  Your beliefs and faith make that step firm and 'claimed' to be your new land.  In life we often hesitate on choosing or stepping into new things. Claim the future by your faith. Step firmly knowing the Lord has promised to fulfill what you need. There is no hesitancy on his part at all. Be filled with faith to walk into tomorrow.  

“For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory." Deuteronomy 20:4

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...

The Marsh... of our lives? Walking with God.

They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
