May we all be generous in all things this week and use the gifts God has provided for us to actually bless others and glorify God.
Every day and night God blesses us constantly. He wants us to use His blessings to bless others. He wants us to bless anyone in need, whether they are friend or foe.
He knows your every need before you even know about it. He knows your every want as well. He will always continue to provide if you are generous with what you have been provided.
We do not 'own' what we have. We are all but stewards in our lifetime of everything we have. We cannot take it with us when we die. Do you pile things up in your life, like shoes, purses, makeup, tools, paint, etc?
What do you truly value in life? We all tend to all value those things that will pass away over time, instead of valuing our Eternal Life with God.
1 John 3:16-18
“This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
