"Silently, one by one, in the infinite meadows of heaven, Blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels." Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Evangeline: A Tale of Acadie
Winter is at play in Texas. We are bouncing from very very cold to spring temperatures over night...and back and forth. They say the flu is running rampant and we are trying to stay home as much as possible.
One of the big things on my mind is a puppy we are suppose to pick up. She is in Savannah and we are here in the Dallas area. The temps are too cold to ship her by air and we need to either drive to her or fly to her to bring her home. Usually I have a thought on "actions needed", and this one I do not have a clue! Terry was reading our study today and it reflected back again on closing ALL doors and waiting on God to open the right one. So that is what the plan is. Trusting he will provide that answer.
The painting above is entitled Ponies in the Meadow. The quote is from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and I absolutely love it. I am a huge fan of star gazing.
" He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm." Matthew 8:26
