 This painting was a work of the heart which covered three weeks of my life in paint and progress and now another three as it is curing to ship out. It is a 'mother' feeling when I invest so much blood, sweat and tears... and then have to say goodbye to a piece of my spirit spilled across the canvas.  My spirit uncaged. When I feel like maybe I should not paint anymore, I became aware that I would be not using the great gift God has given me.  In a way, like keeping it caged inside. I cannot do that.

 Lamentations 3:31-32 "For no one is cast off by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love."

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...

The Marsh... of our lives? Walking with God.

They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
