 This painting was a commissioned piece done in November of 2012 for a Christmas gift ordered by a collector in the UK.  The horse was in the tones of her sweet boy and she lives out away from people where she likes to ride on Christmas morning.  She had a memory of a  past snowy Christmas morning and that is what she wanted painted to remind her of those feelings.  

 Our memories are but 'times' in our life.  Time cannot be given but it can be shared.  If there are hitches in your family, perhaps this is the year to try and forgive and move on to make better memories.   If you have issues with someone, resolve them. Unresolved anger simmers on the soul and it will always spoil your precious time you have left on this earth.

 Make this day count.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
