The race is on every day here at Casa Pace aka Golden Pond Studio.  Waking up every morning is such a joy... starting the day and looking forward to painting, spending time teaching my granddaughter and painting with her and enjoying all the positive things I can find in the day.

 Painting offers up a new 'canvas' each day to begin again.  Life gives us a new day each morning to begin again.  Choose wisely and remember that you have control of how you react to situations. 

 Be renewed each day and ready to take the needed steps for the day.  Time to take off in the right direction.  

 "but those who wait for the lord shall renew their strength...they shall run and not be weary." Isaiah 40:31

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...

The Marsh... of our lives? Walking with God.

They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
