How Great Thou Art, Five Hearts

The Layering continued on this abstract heart painting while I was putting up the five extra give aways. Now it is time to finish this painting as it is a Christmas gift.

This is the fourth Sunday in Advent. I really do not know where the time has gone in December. We have seen a little bit of everything from unexpected ice storms paralyzing our lives for almost a week, to sweet memories made with our grandchildren, and with our families. 

Everything is in His time and not ours.  Jesus' birth was part of God's plan in His time, and it is now our time to reflect deeply on this simple birth and great magnitude it had on generations to come.  Reading our advent going from the Old Testament to the New Testament, Terry and I are filled with the awe of God with the prophets that spoke of the coming Messiah.  He is coming... it is time to be ready in your heart.
Light the Angel Candle, the fourth candle on the wreath.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The Marsh... of our lives? Walking with God.

They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
