40 x 60 inches of power and paint coming... This is the beginning sketch. The canvas has been surfaced with transparent raw siena. Using Charcoal, Laurie Sketches the longhorn across the canvas.
Tomorrow the paint will begin to pull across the surface.

Yesterday was a welcome day of rain. All day slow rain. I have not checked the rain gauge, but I am sure we saw at least an inch. We have vegetables that were starting to turn in the refrigerator so I decided to make up a batch of veggie soup. We feasted on it last night and will today as well.
