NEW Horse Painting COMING...
I painted this back several months ago and painted over it becoming the painting Racing the Fence Line.
I have a new commission for something similar to this painting for a collector in Houston. It is the first piece for my fall gift to you
of Painting it Forward. During this time period of Aug, Sept and Oct and maybe a bit of November, I will offer to work with you on commissioned paintings that fit in your budget. I have done this for five years straight and many wonderful gifts were given over all the holidays... horse paintings!
PLEASE contact me if you are wanting a special painting and lets visit.

Its the Small Things that Count the Most
Did you ever realize the impact some small things have in our lives? I have written often how smiling at someone can change their entire day... and saying "Good Morning" really sets the day off positively. Have you ever taken five minutes to scribble an I LOVE YOU note and leave it by the toothpaste for your spouse or child? Or taken shaving cream and written it on the mirror?
I use to take toilet paper off the roll carefully and write notes on it and roll it back up and put it on the spool by the toilet. That ALWAYS brought a chuckle from teh bathroom. My kids always had notes written on their napkins at lunch from me. When Terry and I first married, his gourmet lunches (OK my attempts at it at least) were always accompanied by small written love notes.
What about the husband that washes his wife's car and cleans it out for her? Or the waiting cup of hot coffee on the counter? Now days Terry loves it that I remember to put his pills out to take. I also pre-buy sweet note cards that say I love you and will leave them on his pillow at night before he comes to bed.
There are ENDLESS small things we can share with our family members, friends, neighbors and even strangers. Terry and I have been able to buys meals for people in a restaurant we have never met. Sometimes we will notice a couple that looks like they might welcome a surprise in their life and we will have the waiter allow us to prepay their bill. We always leave before they do so we do not know the reactions...(at restaurants that the owner knows us) But I imagine they are surprised and truly wonder how it happened. Those are the unexpected small gifts in life. Would you be surprised?
Have you ever double tipped at a restaurant for really really good service? Talk about a SMILING waiter or waitress.
Those unexpected Small Things we do in life for others have incredible power. Start small if you must with a smile, then a good morning and then figure out where else you can add to your life and multiple the good in someone's life.

Philippians 4:18
I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.
