The Painting: Just a close up of the one I am still working on. I was sick so no painting.
The Thought: The past 36 hours have not been the best, but definitely not the worst either. I hope to be back in the studio today boxing and painting.
While in bed, I did read more in the book I mentioned and one of the thoughts I have been working over is the difference between an emotion in your body and an actual thought in your body when you are quietly sitting emptying your thoughts. Must be why they say some folks act from the heart with out a thought and then there are those that think everything through at least a hundred times before they take action.
If you are sitting quietly and surrendering to the simplicity of no active thoughts, how do you feel an emotion running through you? I am still working on this. Have you figured it out yet?
