I am aching from work yesterday... one day at a time. Today will be even harder with house work today preparing for one more inspection for our Foster Adopt license to be completed at the new house! Terry is working on the gate for the fence in the backyard and trying to clean up the mess out there. I have the house to contend with following the week of painters and window people. TO work to work!


As I take a moment to pause and realize GOD is in control. God is present all around me and He is keeping me safe, even from myself and over working today. Where ever I am, God is. This truth of this will sustain me through this day and every day! No matter where I am I know this. Scrubbing the tub, walking the dog, driving to the store...God is always with me.

His presence is with you right now.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...
