I am posting this piece of work for a collector/new friend in NC. It was completed I think in 2000 or 2001. It is a watercolor and I still have the original. Somethings that I paint, I keep. There is such deep meaning in it and I am not ready to let it go to a new home. Certain paintings are meant to be in specific homes and until I have the calm that it is time to sell it, I keep it and wait. This same collector just purchased another piece of mine that took honors in 2002 in an International Art Show in Dallas and then exhibited with the Dallas Business Committee for the Fine Arts. I have had it hanging in my home since then and have turned down numerous offers to purchase it. The time came and the right buyer has this unique piece coming to her home.

Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?
