Wolf Painting in Progress  Oil on Canvas.

"It's easy to look at people and make quick judgements about them, their present and their past, but you'd be amazed at the pain and tears a single smile hides. What a person shows to the world is only one tiny facet of the iceberg hidden from sight. And more often than not, it's lined with cracks and scars that go all the way to the foundation of their soul."  Sherrilyn Kenyon, Acheron

You can see from the photos above the two steps I am sharing here... blocking out on the top one and then forming the wolves in place on the second one.   It is the formulating period as I decide if I like the transition of the three together in the bounds of the canvas.  You will watch through the changes as I go with this one. I am working slowly and waiting till paint layers dry before moving on.

I love painting these wolves and watching them come to life, layer by layer.

Isaiah 28:16 "Therefore thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I am the one who has laid as a foundation in Zion, a stone, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, of a sure foundation" "whoever believes will not be in haste."
