More piles and pulls of paint are sweeping over the horses in what is about the fourth of fifth layer of colors. I do not even want to think about the cost of the paint in these horse paintings... I only care about the spirit of the paint.

The zinnias are winding down outside... and I captured this shot of one that has turned to seed. If you grow them, you can take the head of the zinnia and save the petal like seeds to plant more next year.
