Twenty-six years... but we have known each other 54 years. That is a long relationship. We sort of 'grew up' together twice in one lifetime. We began as boyfriend and girlfriend in jr high... and it was the typical first love passionate relationship. God gave us a second go around as we neared forty and rediscovered each other. The past 26 years have been FULL of growing up.
The folks in the picture above were all part of the both times... the original deep burning of first love and then our celebration of found love 20 years later.
