 I totally forgot that I was going to share the progress of Amazed, so here is a midway shot after the beginning shot from a few days ago.  

 I am amazed how easily thoughts slip through my head.  I become focused on something and multi-tasking goes out the door.  Are you good at it? I use to be, but not any longer.

 So on the painting I have begun to fill in color layers in oil on top of what was there. This will be  a process that went over about three weeks. For me it is finding the spirit in the work as I go and since I used music for the base, I am working along with that song.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
