The Grass is NOT Greener on the Other Side . It could be softer....Patches of Flowers in the field.
I can definitely say without a doubt the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence. What is planted in your life? Each seed you have dropped has grown to be a part of your life throughout the years. So what is growing up around you? What type of surface are you walking on? Is it soft and grassy with comfort to your feet or brambles and thorns sticking into them?
You might look up at others walking and under their feet is lush green grass with colorful flowers springing up around them. Have they sowed different things in life than you have? It would not matter if you climbed a fence to get into their pasture, you would bring with it the brambles and thorns you have created. You have to learn to fertilize and water your grass where you stand. Bring in the light of the Lord and watch it change in moments. Pull the thorns from your feet, cast out the stones that litter your field.

Then Jesus used stories to teach them many things. He said: “A farmer went out to plant his seed. While he was planting, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and ate it all up. Some seed fell on rocky ground, where there wasn't much dirt. That seed grew very fast, because the ground was not deep. But when the sun rose, the plants dried up, because they did not have deep roots. Some other seed fell among thorny weeds, which grew and choked the good plants. Some other seed fell on good ground where it grew and produced a crop. Some plants made a hundred times more, some made sixty times more, and some made thirty times more. Let those with ears use them and listen.” Matthew 13:3-9
