Our journey changes with in seconds. I know I wrote about predictability yesterday, and God's sense of humor NEVER ceases to amaze me. That is another fact, make a plan and you can hear God laughing.

My parents are moving in less than a week. We have been busy packing up and downsizing their contents to move into a smaller home. I was there packing yesterday and Mom was not feeling her normal chipper at all. Long story short, a trip to the ER and admission into the hospital and she has severe gall stones. Let's see, closing on their house is Monday as is the purchase of the new house. Movers arrive on Friday. We have a lot to do. We need a lot of prayers.

This is not a time for long reflections or my normal exchange. Need to get Dad going (he has Alzheimers) and off to my youngest brother. Terry and I have a CPS class today and time is already running short.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those...
