Joy to joy this is the day that the Lord hath made! Up to paint early and then get cleaned up for the day. I have been working on pieces for several new galleries. One is The Red Tree Gallery in California, opened by Wendy Rogers and her artist husband Ronald Ray Rogers. I am excited about this new adventure and anticipate a positive experience! Also was contacted by two other galleries, The Rain Bird Gallery in Blanco, Texas and a new gallery being put together in Dover Massachusetts. As soon as I have links on the others I will share them.

I think it is exciting to start out with a new gallery as they open their doors. The Blano Gallery has been around for a long time but the other two are brand new. The Dover Gallery supports children with special needs and a portion of every sale benefits charity. This is a tug to my heart after loosing our eldest grandson a year ago on the 27th of this month. Earth Works Art Gallery in New York does this as well. Artist choose what charity they want the money going toward and with every sale donations are made. What a positive impact this makes, small but steady on passing on what you have to others.

Do something special for someone today in kindness of heart and pass on the joy!

Grace,
Laurie

“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13

Your continual heart of gratitude to God is sure an encouragement. And congratulations on the new Galleries. But actually my main comment is on the verse Jeremiah 29:11. It has meant a lot to me over the years. twenty some years back my pastors wife died in a car accident and this was the verse that God gave him. And around twelve years ago his teenage daughter Jessica also died in a car accident and he frequently referred to the same verse as a source of hope. Sorry for the rambling comment but this verse has meant so much to me over the years and pulled me through so many hard times that I had to let you know.

God bless,

Austin

A Bit of Wonder Contemporary Horse Oil Daily Painting Art by Laurie Justus Pace 24 x 30 x 2 inches of thick buttery oils! Contact me to purchase: Laurie "This is the day that the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it". Psalm 118:24 It was a day of celebration yesterday as Lauren Gracen was born. Stacey began her labor around nine in the morning and was ready to push by 12:15, but they held her off while getting things set up. Took four good contractions with multiple pushes and the baby was there! All grandparents accounted for to count the toes and fingers! My admiration is for my daughter and her bravery and calmness despite the tension and newness of what she faced. I was honored to be there as the baby was delivered seeing my granddaughter push out into the light and take her first breathe... and then cry... and that she did. Terry was able to participate and he and Larry helped with pushing and getting Stacey upright for the process and then Terry was hon...

Arrival...Refrigerator?

© Laurie Pace        Graphics One Design 2024 Arrival Oil on Canvas  SOLD   by Laurie Pace   Proverbs 16:3 "Commit to the Lord whtever you do, and he will establish your plans."   Worrisome times laced with prayers.   The world seems like a scary place lately. Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...
