"People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child - our own two eyes. All is a miracle." Thich Nhat Hanh, The Miracle of Mindfulness
When I start painting I am totally into color, movement and raw emotion. The music is playing loud. I am literally carried by the spirit of the music and the feel of the paint and my palette knife as it travels across the canvas. Here I have worked in four different blues, a deep violet and a touch of white blended. Have no idea where I am going but trying to keep in mind the room the painting will hang in.
Colossians 3:15 "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be THANKFUL."
