“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ― Marianne Williamson, A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of "A Course in Miracles"
I am not sure where the month disappeared to. With just two days until Christmas, it is time to fill your life with readings of joy and fulfillment. Pick up your bible and reread about Mary and Elizabeth. Just imagine the anticipation they held each pregnant and knowing God was at work in their bodies and their lives. Could you ever believe something that incredible if an angel dropped into your home today and announced exactly how God needed to use you to complete something so incredible?
Time to anticipate now and BELIEVE that God's many promises made to us over these weeks will be fulfilled.
I LOVE the quote above. Take time to read it again. Are you playing small in your life? God wants you to shine. You were born to manifest the glory of the Father that is inside of you. He lives in all of us. Are you ready to shine? Mary and Elizabeth were ready.
Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" Luke 1:45
Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield. For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name. Psalm 33:21-22
