 This is one of my older paintings of a group of five siblings.  I have not painted children in years and really miss it. I shake my head in disbelief that the older two have to be maybe 16 now?  Wow. Time flies. Life is spinning by so fast.

 Do you get nervous before a trip?  I am always dreading the whole event until I begin packing and getting everything together...and THEN... you get in the car or on the plane and go go go. The feeling is much like that mentioned in the quote "sends a thrilling pulse through me". 

  Do not limit yourself or your life bogged with those 'what ifs'.  Prepare yourself with prayer for what is ahead in your journey and learn to trust. Parts of my life I live fearlessly and other parts still take me to my knees.  Staying "Prayed Up" you are ready to face it all with God by your side. Growth takes transformation and with every blessing comes a lesson, often in the power of prayer.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...
