Wolf Painting in Progress by Laurie Pace

Saturday night is usually the night most people are out and about for movies or dinner. These wolves are waking up to do their nightly prowl. Just leaving the edge of the forest, their different personalities emerge as I paint.
Most of my wolf paintings are 24 x 36 unless they are commissions. Then it is the size the collector wants painted. I have not ever painted on for a gallery this size. It is 24 x 48 inches.
With each of these paintings come the general wolf pack and each wolf in the pack has his special identity. I love painting their faces and expressions as if each of them has their own story.
We each have our own story too. Most of us are characters I am sure. Says she typing and sighing. I would never want to go back to redo because I might not have the children and grandchildren I have now. I would not be the person I am right now. I embrace my position. I have weaknesses and flaws and to counter that I am strong. I am my Father's daughter.
Have fun today and especially tonight. See you tomorrow as I reveal the pack. Blessings, Laurie
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
