IN TO ME SEE

The Circle of Intimacy
("in to me see")
We individually seek aceptance
Longing for moment filled with expressions of love and tenderness.
This is a special time for closeness and life sharing,
Yet we all realize the closer we become
The more vulnerable we become
With a greater risk of exposure and pain.
Our souls take to life in a dance
Connected through the threads of time
Intricately weaving the beautiful colors of each of our souls
In gentle movements
To implicate a union of harmonious spirits.
A Circle of friends
To share this journey
Is a great gift of intimacy.
Growing old and walking side by side
Facing the world together
We are stronger.
We have each other
And we are never alone against the wall
Waiting for someone to ask us to dance.

This poem was written in honor of our friendships with several people... and the journey we had made and the joy we found in all of us coming together. There was beauty in the trust and love as we shared our lives. The poem is perhaps not one of my best but when emailing on Sunday it came up in conversation. I had it saved but in a publisher file. Stacey was able to change it to a word document for me to share. The deepest relationship you can have is that of one with the Lord.  He sees in your heart and mind even before you have a conscious thought. He knows what you will do and say even before you do.  He sees all of you and He knows all of you intimately.  What exactly do you know about Him? What is your part in this relationship... if God were to say "In To Me See" what do you see in God?

Laurie

John 1:18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

Sunlit Bowl

© Laurie Pace        Graphics One Design 2025 Sunlit Bowl Oil on Canvas  SOLD   by Laurie Pace   A Painting of soft pink and white flowers   created in 2013 brings back memories of living at Lake Cypress Springs. I loved it there. It did not love me!  Mold was my downfall.  I was prolific at painting there with my studio looking over the waters of a large catfish pond and Lake Cypress Springs. The mold pushed us back to DRY Dallas.  God guides our path today.  Memories are flooding in with the morning sun.  Proverbs 4:18    “ The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.”  Today will be over 100 degrees but by Saturday the high is 79. Weather is the main talk these days. Remember I am in Texas.   We heard they may get snow in the Ohio River Valley. We are to see storms from the Pacific Hurricane coming our directio...
A Bit of Wonder Contemporary Horse Oil Daily Painting Art by Laurie Justus Pace 24 x 30 x 2 inches of thick buttery oils! Contact me to purchase: Laurie "This is the day that the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it". Psalm 118:24 It was a day of celebration yesterday as Lauren Gracen was born. Stacey began her labor around nine in the morning and was ready to push by 12:15, but they held her off while getting things set up. Took four good contractions with multiple pushes and the baby was there! All grandparents accounted for to count the toes and fingers! My admiration is for my daughter and her bravery and calmness despite the tension and newness of what she faced. I was honored to be there as the baby was delivered seeing my granddaughter push out into the light and take her first breathe... and then cry... and that she did. Terry was able to participate and he and Larry helped with pushing and getting Stacey upright for the process and then Terry was hon...
