The Painting:  Gorgeous Color in thick buttery oils in my signature style... available through Mirada Fine Art Gallery.

The Thought:  Facets of light sparkle in our lives through out the day. We are usually too busy to notice the beauty of the prisms charging the air.  The light shoots through the glass and shoots color in every direction breaking the solitude around us... and still we ignore the beauty before us.

When I paint like this, I love capturing the colors in the air making up the horses. This painting will be shipping to Mirada next week for the April 3rd show.

May your day be filled with the light and color of our Father.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...

They both sold immediately to a Florida Collector.
